Solution Architect Technical Lead

About the role

The IT Solution Architecture Lead will serve as the primary bridge between business and technology teams, turning strategic objectives into concrete IT solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable architectures that power digital banking services while meeting compliance and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document solution architectures for digital banking services, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams, developers, and engineers to gather requirements and create efficient IT solutions.
• Produce and review technical documentation such as data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Facilitate cross‑functional sessions to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Lead architectural reviews to guarantee scalability, reliability, and security compliance.
• Manage and mentor the Solution Architecture team, overseeing performance and delivery quality.
• Oversee integration of new systems into the bank’s architecture, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Master’s degree or certifications such as TOGAF, Business Analysis, or AWS (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture, systems analysis, or a related IT role, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to work with business teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and modern software architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with financial platforms and enterprise IT systems.
