Sourcing and Contracting Manager

About the role

The Sourcing & Contracting Manager will lead the procurement of local and imported packaging and raw materials for Juhayna’s dairy, juice and chilled product lines. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure that material costs align with project budgets while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source packaging and raw materials for existing projects and new initiatives across all product categories.
• Monitor project cost‑to‑use (CIU) and P&L to keep material prices within target ranges.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, proposals and bidding processes.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules and payment terms with suppliers.
• Conclude annual and semi‑annual contracts for local and imported materials.
• Develop and enforce contract‑management procedures in line with company policy.
• Produce monthly reports on packaging and seasonal raw‑material price trends.
• Track price movements for strategic commodities such as petrochemicals and paper.
• Conduct regular audits of local and foreign suppliers to verify capacity and quality.
• Oversee onboarding and validation of new vendors and materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement or contract management within the food‑manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills to assess cost impact and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.
