About the role
The Staff Housing Attendant ensures that guest rooms and public areas at Sheraton Soma Bay Resort are clean, well‑maintained and ready to deliver a memorable experience. This full‑time position involves a hands‑on approach to housekeeping, supporting guest requests and upholding the resort’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms and public spaces according to hotel standards.
- Deliver guest requests promptly, restock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Maintain the appearance of the property, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.
- Handle linens, amenities and waste disposal efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk and be on feet for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift, carry or move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality and professional appearance.
- Willingness to follow Marriott’s policies, procedures and quality standards.
