Supply Chain Manager

About the role

LC Waikiki Retail Company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead its weaving supplier network both domestically and internationally. The role focuses on optimizing supplier performance, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the company’s strategic growth in the fashion retail sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the domestic and international weaving supplier pool and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain seasonal capacity plans aligned with business forecasts.
• Implement and enhance merchandising systems at supplier sites.
• Ensure suppliers meet LC Waikiki’s quality standards, conduct QDMS audits, and deliver training for effective quality management.
• Oversee corrective action plans based on audit findings and record data in the system.
• Perform inline and final inspections at manufacturers to improve production quality.
• Conduct process analyses and lead improvement initiatives to meet strategic objectives of the Supply Chain General Directorate.

Required profile

• Graduated preferably in Textile or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in weaving production and quality management systems.
• Proven ability to manage and work effectively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, customer‑oriented mindset, and analytical/strategic thinking.
• Valid driver’s license and no travel restrictions.
