Supply Chain Planner – Finished Goods (SCP SP)

About the role

The Supply Chain Planner (SCP SP) will own the end‑to‑end finished‑goods supply plan for defined manufacturing sites, translating capacity inputs into a daily plan covering a 0‑16 week horizon. The role balances inventory, waste risk and distribution while supporting operational planning and rapid course‑correction during a transition period.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain production plans that meet cross‑site manufacturing supply targets.
• Develop constrained capacity plans and detailed line‑scheduling within the planning horizon.
• Project inventory levels and business waste, and prepare monthly Supply Review for Platform/Hub as part of the iS&OP cycle.
• Monitor service metrics, analyse root causes of under‑performance and define corrective action plans.
• Act as the integration point between market demands and GBS, enabling product supply for commercial change initiatives.
• Support new product launches and phase‑in/phase‑out activities by pre‑configuring supply planning systems and communicating changes to scheduling teams.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in supply planning or a related function.
• Engineering university degree.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with masters planning methodologies and optimisation.
• Proven collaboration skills with multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent numeric aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).

Required skills

• Supply planning tools – preferably JDA.
• ERP experience – SAP is mandatory.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Outlook.
