Supply Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Lead to head the end‑to‑end supply planning for the Chocolate category of a leading multinational FMCG company based in the Fifth Settlement. The role will oversee a team of four Supply Planners and collaborate with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial and Regional Planning to deliver an optimized supply plan across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Supply Planners, fostering capability building and continuous improvement.
• Own the full supply planning process, balancing service, inventory and cost while considering capacity, labor, material and distribution constraints.
• Identify supply risks early and drive mitigation plans to protect customer service.
• Run monthly Supply Review and contribute to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with risk, opportunity and scenario recommendations.
• Partner with Demand Planning to align forecasts and ensure feasible supply plans.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to optimise production schedules and asset utilisation.
• Lead inventory optimisation initiatives to meet working‑capital targets.
• Coordinate new product launches, promotions and seasonal events to ensure successful execution.
• Support planning transformation projects, including new digital tools and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of supply chain planning experience in a multinational FMCG or consumer‑goods environment.
• Proven experience in supply, production or end‑to‑end planning, preferably in chocolate, food or confectionery.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, inventory and capacity planning.
• Experience managing supply constraints, seasonal demand, new product launches and complex manufacturing networks.
• Minimum 2–3 years of people‑management experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP and advanced planning systems such as SAP, APO or o9.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and planning analytics tools.
