Talent Acquisition Associate Analyst

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate Analyst supports PepsiCo’s Global Business Services team by delivering best‑in‑class sourcing and screening services. You will build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and provide market insights to drive effective hiring strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with TA Partners and Leads to design and execute sourcing strategies that deliver strong results.
• Research and target new sourcing channels, uncovering hidden talent pools.
• Craft comprehensive search assignments with a clear understanding of job requirements and talent gaps.
• Develop deep knowledge of PepsiCo’s business and culture to help candidates envision their future.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience, presenting PepsiCo as an employer of choice.
• Own the full sourcing and screening process for active and passive talent using diverse tools and techniques.
• Submit shortlists after screening, track post‑interview decisions, and refine sourcing efforts.
• Provide interview teams with contextual notes to enable effective assessments.
• Maintain proactive, transparent, and timely communication regardless of hiring outcome.
• Document all candidate interactions, searches, and recruiting activities accurately.
• Generate long‑term pipelines for specific roles and support hiring teams to meet metrics such as Time‑to‑Accept and Hiring Manager Satisfaction.
• Foster partnerships that ensure consistent communication, high‑quality results, and efficient processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Ability to build and sustain long‑term talent pipelines.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
