About the role
Egis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its recruitment team across the Middle East. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless interview process, maintaining accurate candidate data, and providing timely communication to both candidates and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and send mobilization requests and job offer letters.
- Communicate regularly with candidates, providing status updates and answering queries.
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
