Talent Acquisition Lead – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Trapped Egypt is seeking a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for its fast‑growing entertainment operations. Based at the CFC branch, you will support hiring across multiple Cairo locations, ensuring the company attracts the right talent to sustain its rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle – from workforce planning and sourcing to interviews, offers, onboarding coordination, and probation follow‑up.
• Prioritise operational, frontline, customer‑facing, technical and branch‑support roles.
• Build and maintain reliable candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, university partnerships, community networks and direct sourcing.
• Actively engage passive candidates and conduct thorough screening for capability, cultural fit and salary expectations.
• Partner with branch and department managers to clarify hiring needs and improve decision‑making.
• Implement recruitment procedures, interview scorecards, approval steps and dashboards to monitor time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance and early turnover.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and strengthen relationships with universities and talent communities.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with a proven record of delivering end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Demonstrated success hiring frontline, operational, retail, hospitality or entertainment staff.
• Experience in both mass hiring and selective professional recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, negotiation and reporting abilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work within a controlled budget.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
