As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, engage, and hire top talent across aligned functions and businesses. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and execute effective recruitment strategies, overseeing job briefing, sourcing, assessment, interview management and offer negotiation.
• Proactively identify and engage active and passive talent through multiple sourcing channels, building and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Monitor labor market trends, competitor activity, salary benchmarks and talent availability to inform hiring strategies and champion Nestlé’s employer brand.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, local hiring regulations and optimize use of ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Share candidate insights with HR and Talent Management teams to support onboarding and early development planning.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in FMCG.
• Background in in‑house recruitment, agency recruitment or a combination of both.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, CRM databases and job boards.
• Working knowledge of recruitment legislation and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Experience coaching hiring managers on interviewing and talent selection methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
