Talent Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

Kelly Services is hiring a Talent Supply Chain Consultant for its international MSP Team, working from home in Egypt or the United Arab Emirates. The consultant manages end-to-end MSP processes, including manager interactions, CV screening and supplier engagement, so that candidates meet clients' needs while following client global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and attraction: run full-cycle recruitment for various positions per client process, using methods such as spotlight calls and supplier updates, and build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Selection: screen resumes and applications, shortlist candidates according to the standard process, and organize interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaboration: partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, advise them on recruitment best practices, and take part in internal, client and supplier meetings to shape recruitment strategy.
• Offer management: prepare and extend job offers, negotiate offer terms per client requirements, and coordinate with HR for onboarding.

Required profile

• Experience in staffing and recruiting, temporary labor, service level, and/or customer service industries.
• Recruitment background or equivalent experience; strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Professional-level proficiency in Arabic and English.
