About the role

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist – Retail will proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs of retail stores and warehouse operations. You will build talent pipelines, support high‑volume hiring, and ensure a steady flow of quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source retail talent through social media, job boards, community outreach, referrals, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and high‑volume hiring.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and fill store and warehouse vacancies promptly.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to uncover candidate pools.
• Engage and nurture passive candidates to create a sustainable talent network.
• Track sourcing activities, pipelines, and recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility in the retail talent market.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and other recruitment platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in retail or high‑volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, social media recruiting, and candidate engagement.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
