Talent Acquisition Specialist – Blue Collar Hiring

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for blue‑collar positions within Dr. Greiche Group’s manufacturing operations in 10th of Ramadan. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates through multiple channels and ensure a smooth, positive experience for all applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, field sourcing and social platforms such as Wuzzuf and Facebook groups.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to align hiring timelines with production schedules.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet ongoing and future workforce demands.
• Support employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting skilled manual workers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting blue‑collar talent, preferably in high‑volume or manufacturing environments.
• Strong interviewing and assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
