Talent Acquisition Specialist – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a leading restaurant chain’s rapid expansion in Egypt. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for both operational and corporate positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for restaurant and head‑office roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and targeted recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, hiring success and sourcing efficiency.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and update the ATS/database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, retail or high‑volume hiring is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
