Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a leading sales services organization. The role partners with hiring managers to define hiring needs, design sourcing strategies and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve target headcount objectives within the requested timeframe.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Conduct initial interviews for all positions, including senior roles, in line with company policy.
• Produce turnover, resignation and other talent analytics reports for the talent management team.
• Generate monthly and quarterly recruitment and headcount reports.
• Participate in job design and advise hiring managers on market trends.
• Continuously evaluate recruitment channels and implement new tools to meet headcount targets.
• Build candidate pipelines through employment fairs, online job boards, university career centers and direct outreach on platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems.
