Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our fast‑growing EdTech scale‑up. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines and ensure a great candidate experience while leveraging AI‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer extension.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate, schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate journey.
• Utilise AI and data‑driven recruitment solutions to identify, attract and assess candidates.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality applicants.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or a related function, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• High energy, positive attitude and proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using AI‑based recruitment tools and data analytics.
