About the role

WAJJAD is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its fast‑growing technology studio. This full‑time remote position will partner with hiring managers across multiple platforms, ensuring a smooth, data‑driven recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source, engage, and screen qualified candidates using modern sourcing tools and platforms.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and provide objective evaluations.
• Coordinate selection processes, develop offers, and manage the onboarding hand‑off.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and analytics in the ATS.
• Contribute to workforce planning and align hiring strategies with business needs.
• Develop and promote WAJJAD’s employer brand to attract diverse talent.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Ability to run structured, competency‑based interviews and deliver objective assessments.
• Background in employer branding and talent market knowledge, especially in the MENA region or global tech ecosystems.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
