Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for our Roasting & Smelting operations. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various functions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and extending offers.
• Utilise multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases to attract high‑quality talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future event projects.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Keep accurate records of all recruitment activity and regularly update the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Line Manager.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for Roasting & Smelting or similar industrial sectors.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with teams across different time zones.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and proactive.
