Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Chiwy Investment Group in Alexandria. This full‑time, on‑site position will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process across our diversified business units.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job postings.
• Source candidates through professional networks, job boards and social platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Support selection decisions and manage the offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to forecast hiring needs and improve recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life cycle recruiting and interviewing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of labor laws and inclusive hiring practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition within a multi‑sector corporate environment is preferred.
