Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Daftra, a leading cloud‑based SaaS provider for the Arab region, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full‑cycle recruitment for its Sales, Marketing, Quality and Operations teams. You will be responsible for attracting, screening and coordinating the selection of qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and publish job ads on relevant boards, social media and internal channels.
• Proactively source candidates through databases, professional networks, referrals and platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking system entries.
• Review applications, conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical and departmental interviews.
• Administer assessments, consolidate feedback and manage offer documentation.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline status) and report to the TA Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair‑hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Exposure to hiring for commercial and operational functions (Sales, Marketing, Quality, Operations) is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional sourcing platforms.
• Competent use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to generate basic recruitment reports.
