Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely on a full‑time basis. In this position you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for a variety of open roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, handling follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
