Talent & Operations Executive

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is seeking a Talent & Operations Executive to join its core team during a pivotal growth phase. You will own the full recruitment cycle for the company’s internal positions, leveraging AI‑powered tools to accelerate hiring while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of niche and domain‑specific roles.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct structured screens, scorecards, and coordinate trial tasks and interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering warm and timely communication.
• Utilise AI recruiting tools to draft outreach, summarise CVs, and build shortlists.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene, ensuring clean data and efficient tracking.
• Post job listings across multiple platforms and keep them up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Proven ability to source candidates proactively and persuade them to engage.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who can work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable using AI tools for recruitment tasks.
• Quick learner of new software and multi‑system workflows.
