Technical Product & Integration Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Product & Integration Engineer to support the development, testing, integration and continuous improvement of our technology platform. The role bridges product, engineering, operations, vendors and external technology partners, turning business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical development and improvement of connected product components.
• Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Coordinate with product designers, software teams, suppliers and external partners.
• Evaluate technical options based on reliability, cost, scalability and deployment ease.
• Implement and support third‑party system integrations, working with APIs, data flows and issue tracking.
• Test new technologies, devices and tools before deployment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and operational issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, test reports and supplier evaluations.
• Assist rollout teams during implementation and post‑deployment support.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce cost and increase reliability.

Required profile

• Background in engineering, computer science, electronics, mechatronics or a related technical field.
• 1‑3 years of experience working with hardware, software, APIs or connected systems.
• Strong understanding of technical integrations, system architecture, data flows and testing.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across multiple technical layers.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors and internal teams.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, product‑driven environment.
