About the role
We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with solid experience in the GCC market to join our growing team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing talent for a wide range of software development and IT positions across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for technical and IT roles.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent within GCC markets.
- Understand client technical requirements and match suitable candidates.
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Stay updated on technology trends and GCC hiring market demands.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically hiring for the GCC market.
- Proven experience recruiting software development and IT positions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and English language skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
