Technical Talent Sourcer

About the role

The client, a boutique executive search firm specializing in technology recruitment, is looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to join its full‑time team. You will be responsible for building pipelines of qualified technology professionals and supporting recruiters throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and non‑technical positions using Boolean searches and multiple sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Research companies, industries, and talent markets to uncover high‑quality candidates.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and recruiting campaigns.
• Perform high‑level screening calls using established qualification criteria.
• Present qualified candidates to internal recruiters for further evaluation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Salesforce and the ATS.
• Track recruiting activities, candidate progress, and sourcing metrics.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, weekly team meetings, and ongoing training sessions.
• Meet activity and productivity goals related to outreach, conversations, and qualified submissions.

Required profile

• Curious and research‑oriented with a strong interest in technology talent.
• Comfortable using technical terminology and understanding of tech roles.
• Motivated by measurable recruiting goals in a collaborative, metrics‑driven environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Salesforce (candidate management and reporting).
• Proficiency with Boolean search techniques.

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM CT.
