About the role
We are looking for a Telecommunications Specialist who will act as the front‑line contact for our customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls as well as online interactions, providing timely support and resolving routine issues related to our clients' telecom products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls according to client requirements.
- Communicate with customers via internet channels (chat, email) to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Diagnose and resolve routine product or service issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and follow established procedures for issue escalation.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
- Available to start immediately.
- Willingness to work night and overnight shifts.
