Telesales Agent

About the role

Innovation Gate, a postgraduate education provider, is looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Ahram. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand the value of our MBA and DBA programmes and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email and chat.
• Explain program benefits, admission requirements and career outcomes.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns and provide high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on problem solving.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in telesales or education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about our programmes and apply that knowledge effectively.
