About the role

The Telesales Agent will drive sales by contacting potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. This position requires proactive prospecting, strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to generate new sales leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate product offerings.
Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.
Document all customer interactions and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and processes.
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Required profile

1‑3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree.
