Telesales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telesales Agent to join 4Swapp’s growing team. In this role you will engage with potential vendors and existing customers, guiding them through our platform and helping them complete transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on pending or incomplete payments and assist them to finalize transactions.
• Contact potential vendors and merchants to introduce the 4Swapp application and its services.
• Persuade vendors to list their ads on the platform and subscribe to available packages.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with existing customers to ensure subscription renewals and satisfaction.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any customer or advertiser issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in e‑commerce or digital platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Consistent follow‑up mindset with a proven track record of closing sales.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
