Telesales Executive - Automotive

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the dubizzle Group, is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive for its automotive business in Cairo. The role generates sales by closing deals over the phone and keeping good customer relationships. It suits an excellent communicator with strong people skills who can present products and services by phone, handle complaints and doubts, and bring in new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to tell them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company and ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Close sales and direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders accurately
• Handle grievances to protect the company's reputation
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and set up future sales
• Keep call and sales records and note useful information

Required profile

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales or customer service role
• Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered, able to handle rejection, with outstanding negotiation skills and complaint resolution

Required skills

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs such as CRM software and telephone systems
• Able to learn products and explain them to prospects
