Telesales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the dubizzle group, is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Agent to generate sales for the company. The agent closes sales deals over the phone and maintains good customer relationships, helping the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company and ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders accurately
• Handle grievances to protect the company's reputation
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Required profile

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales or customer service role
• Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered, able to handle rejection, with outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Required skills

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs such as CRM software and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects
