About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Travel Sales Executive to convert qualified corporate and exhibitor leads into confirmed travel bookings for the US and UK markets. You will build long‑term client relationships while delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with corporate and exhibitor clients in the US and UK markets.
- Qualify prospects based on event participation, booking timelines, and room‑night volume.
- Present tailored proposals that include pricing, availability, terms, and booking deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with pricing and operations teams before confirming bookings.
- Ensure smooth and timely booking closure while maintaining high service quality.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow‑up schedules effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment, discipline, and strong work ethic.
- Hands‑on experience using CRM systems daily.
- Professional and credible LinkedIn profile.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
