About the role
The company is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join its on‑site team in Dokki, Giza. You will be responsible for promoting Nutriti Pharma’s services over the phone, building relationships with prospects and existing customers, and contributing to the company’s sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote company services.
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Required profile
- Resident of Giza, preferably near Dokki, Mohandessin, Agouza, Faisal, Haram or surrounding areas.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, call‑center sales, customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Professional and presentable attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
