Telesales Representative

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to manage course renewal conversations with our existing customers. In this role you will help learners continue their education journey by presenting renewal options and driving conversions.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow‑up to understand learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
- Monitor students’ progress and analyse performance data to develop appropriate renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and address customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on performance and commission.
