About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our office furniture sales team. In this role you will contact potential and existing customers by phone, understand their needs and propose suitable solutions to drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via telephone.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate office‑furniture solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Handle inquiries, objections and follow‑up professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service or sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good command of English.

- Microsoft Office
