Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative at Silavisions Digital Solutions works full‑time on‑site in Giza, handling both outbound and inbound calls to promote digital solutions. You will qualify leads, overcome objections, and close sales while ensuring a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to present digital products.
• Qualify prospects, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.
• Handle customer objections, provide product information, and ensure consistent service.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with clear speaking and active listening.
• Customer service mindset and ability to resolve issues politely.
• Sales aptitude including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Quick learner who can absorb product knowledge and apply coaching.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
