Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative will join PROLEADERS’ on‑site team in Giza to promote the company’s training programs. Working by phone, you will engage prospective and existing clients, understand their learning needs, and recommend suitable courses.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate new leads and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Present training offerings, explain course structures, benefits, and outcomes.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and close sales to meet individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the training team to align sales pitches with course schedules.
• Respond to customer questions, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Goal‑oriented attitude and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Giza and handle a high volume of calls.
• Previous telesales or call‑center experience is preferred; background in education or training services is a plus.
