Telesales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to engage existing students and promote course renewal options. The role focuses on building relationships, understanding learning needs, and driving conversion through personalized solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to present renewal options and increase conversion rates.
• Follow up regularly to assess students’ learning needs and propose tailored renewal solutions.
• Monitor student progress and analyze performance data to refine renewal strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth renewal experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to understand and address customer needs.
• Target‑driven mindset with a positive, results‑oriented approach.
• Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on performance‑based commissions.

What we offer

• On‑site work in Maadi, Cairo.
• Full‑time schedule: Sunday‑Thursday 12 PM‑9 PM (including a 1 hour 15 min break) and Saturday 12 PM‑4 PM.
• Opportunity to earn performance‑based commissions.
