We are a high‑growth consumer brand expanding across the Kingdom and are looking for a Telesales Specialist to drive sales for the Saudi market. This remote position focuses on engaging customers via phone and WhatsApp, converting interest into sales while representing our brand’s fast‑moving culture.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls and WhatsApp conversations with prospective customers.
• Present product offerings clearly and persuasively to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Required profile

• Fluent, native‑level Saudi dialect spoken naturally over phone and WhatsApp.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
