About the role

Edu Castle is seeking a results‑driven Telesales Team Lead to inspire and manage a high‑performing telesales group. You will lead from the front, set ambitious sales targets, and ensure the team consistently exceeds them while fostering strong relationships with educational institutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of telesales representatives.
  • Set daily, weekly and monthly sales objectives and monitor performance.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews and continuous training.
  • Manage lead allocation, follow‑up activities and conversion strategies.
  • Analyze sales reports, KPIs and team productivity metrics.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, nurseries, educational institutions and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards and company policies.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of proven experience in telesales.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive or similar leadership role.
  • Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Experience in education, school services or B2B sales is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organized, proactive and target‑driven.
