Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs to support the organization’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, the role ensures that training aligns with business objectives and enhances guest service, product knowledge, and leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs, ensuring ongoing learning and alignment with guest expectations.
• Conduct needs assessments, design curricula, and facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and participant progress; gather feedback to measure training effectiveness.
• Partner with operational leaders to assess skill transfer and impact on service quality.
• Develop training plans and budgets that are strategically linked to the organization’s goals.
• Observe employee performance, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with a certified trainer credential (no experience required).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs assessments and develop effective learning solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate staff.
