About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Travel Agent to join our Giza site and support a UK‑based travel account. In this on‑site position you will assist customers with reservations, travel planning and related services while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding travel reservations, flights, accommodations and car rentals.
- Book and modify travel arrangements using the company’s booking systems.
- Recommend suitable travel packages and upsell additional services when appropriate.
- Provide accurate, timely information and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service and sales within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Customer‑focused attitude with problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Required skills
- Experience with travel reservation and booking systems.
- Familiarity with car rental processes.
- Ability to manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels and rentals.
