Travel Consultant – Remote

About the role

MacQueen is seeking a full‑time Remote Travel Consultant to help customers secure hotel and travel reservations worldwide. You will act as a trusted advisor, matching traveler preferences and budgets with the best available options.

Key responsibilities

• Research and present hotel and travel options, providing price comparisons.
• Manage booking requests, confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, delivering clear and friendly support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to obtain preferred rates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel products and ensure accuracy of all travel details.

Required profile

• Strong background in travel consulting or travel management.
• Proven experience handling hotel and travel reservations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online booking tools.
• Experience using reservation systems.
• Competence in standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
