Unit Distribution Manager – Quena

About the role
The Unit Distribution Manager will lead the distribution unit in Nagaa Hammadi, ensuring optimal performance and investor return. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and sales oversight to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Implement ADFS processes in collaboration with the investor to streamline operations.
- Supervise, coach, and train RSS supervisors and sales representatives.
- Plan and allocate work areas, quantities, and items for the sales team.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales results, analyze performance, and develop improvement plans.
- Track and maximize the investor’s return on investment (ROI).
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA or equivalent postgraduate study preferred).
- 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
