About the role
MICO WORLD is seeking a full‑time VIP Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Maadi. You will interact with high‑value users through chat, delivering prompt assistance and ensuring a premium experience that reflects the company’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP users to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify at‑risk VIP users and support retention initiatives.
- Deliver personalized communication to enhance user engagement.
- Provide proactive, chat‑based support and resolve issues quickly.
- Collect user feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall experience.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- English proficiency at B1+ to B2 level.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in sales or handling complex cases is a plus.
- Graduates, undergraduates, or drop‑outs are welcome.
- Job‑hopping periods should not exceed six months.
