VIP User Operations Specialist – Social App

About the role

We are seeking a proactive VIP User Operations Specialist to nurture relationships with high-value users on our social entertainment platforms. The role focuses on driving engagement, retention, and community growth through personalized communication and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with VIP users to ensure high satisfaction and activity.
• Conduct daily communication, personalized follow-ups, and support for community growth.
• Plan, organize, and execute online social activities, campaigns, and engagement events.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard potential VIP users and sustain long-term connections with key communities.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance user experience and platform activity.
• Monitor user feedback, analyze insights, and propose improvements to engagement strategies.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in user operations, community management, or VIP relationship management.
• Background in social apps, live-streaming, voice/chat, gaming, or entertainment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a user-centric mindset.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
