About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Waiter to join our hotel’s restaurant and bar team. You will be the face of our hospitality, ensuring guests receive attentive, high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a specific station in the restaurant or bar, delivering food and beverage service throughout the shift.
- Prepare the dining area and bar, taking into account service flow and guest volume.
- Take orders, present menu alternatives, and promote targeted sales.
- Serve dishes and drinks, prepare service plates, and clear tables, coordinating with bus staff and interns.
- Maintain guest belongings safely and hand them to supervisors when needed.
- Follow all departmental procedures, operational standards, and quality‑management guidelines.
- Attend orientation training, adhere to the weekly schedule, and participate in bi‑annual performance assessments.
Required profile
- Vocational school or high‑school diploma; if only a high‑school diploma, a related certification is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food‑and‑beverage service.
- Fluent in English.
- Completed vocational trainings or seminars related to hospitality.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of spirits, soft drinks, and cocktails.
- Understanding of food‑and‑beverage service standards and presentation.
