Warehouse Operative (Egypt)

About the role

We are looking for a junior Warehouse Operative to support daily store and warehouse activities in Egypt. The role focuses on accurate inventory handling, efficient picking and packing, and maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods, assisting with stock put‑away.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders according to specifications.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and support stock reconciliations and investigations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in systems and spreadsheets, logging any discrepancies.
• Apply HSSE procedures, follow safe manual‑handling practices and report incidents.
• Produce basic Excel reports and perform general warehouse housekeeping.

Required profile

• Average English proficiency for data entry and simple reporting.
• Experience in warehousing, retail store operations or logistics.
• Practical experience with inventory, picking and packing processes.
• Attention to detail, reliable, physically fit for manual tasks and able to work shifts.
• Familiarity with or willingness to follow HSSE policies and safety procedures.
• Good communicator and team player, comfortable with routine tasks and following instructions.
