Website and Digital Experience Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Website and Digital Experience Manager to lead the optimisation of our corporate website. You will be responsible for enhancing user journeys, driving conversion, and supporting overall business objectives through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously optimise the company website to improve user experience and meet business goals.
• Analyse performance metrics such as sessions, conversion rates, engagement, and add‑to‑cart data.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and implement optimisation initiatives.
• Drive website personalization and overall customer experience improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E‑commerce, Product, UX and Technology teams to boost digital performance.
• Monitor customer behaviour and generate actionable insights from web analytics.
• Lead testing programmes (A/B, multivariate) to increase conversion and engagement.
• Support digital growth strategies through data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure website content, functionality and journeys align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver website enhancement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in website management, digital experience, e‑commerce or digital product management.
• Strong understanding of website optimisation, customer journeys and digital ecosystems.
• Proven ability to analyse website performance metrics and user behaviour.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
