Wellness Officer – Corporate Health & Wellness Programs

About the role

We are seeking a Wellness Officer to design, implement and manage health and wellness initiatives for our corporate clients. The role focuses on improving employee wellbeing, engagement and preventive healthcare through structured programs and close collaboration with clients and medical partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and support health and wellness programs and related processes.
• Manage client onboarding and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate onsite wellness campaigns and health‑related activities with medical providers.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, laboratories, hospitals and client stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, present program designs, progress updates and outcomes.
• Monitor participation rates, analyse engagement data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports tracking program effectiveness and impact.
• Support awareness initiatives such as check‑ups, chronic disease prevention, mental health, vaccination campaigns and educational sessions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmaceuticals or medical service providers.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Experience in account management and client relationship handling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities.
• Genuine interest in health promotion, wellbeing and preventive care.
